Off-Road Pickup Rentals – Desert vehicle
Our Pickups with automatic gear, fully protected bottom shield, towbar, 50-50 tires (road-offroad) which are designed to give a driving and off-road experience with a view to professionalism. For driving license B holders. Now available for rent.
The off-road driving experience gives us the opportunity to reach the places that are very difficult or practically impossible to reach by regular car.
The purpose of driving the Pickup is not to “tear” the vehicle apart as if we were doing the Dakar Rally in Africa, checking a breaking point. We want to experience off-road travelling as a pleasant experience that opens spaces and discovers disappearing places. Therefore, we have also added to our Pickups 2 options for a safe and comfortable stay in the field.
Option 1. Family rooftop tent, 2 adults + 2 children.
Option 2. Camper Gladiator – a sleeping unit placed on top of our Pickup, including a toilet, shower and fully equipped kitchen. Sleep option 2-5 people.
Minimum rental period – 2 days.
DAKAR Models
Autonomous braking of the vehicle in emergency. A system that includes a camera and laser radar, which detects vehicles and pedestrians and even brakes the vehicle in case of an emergency.
Departure Warning System
Alert system that warns of lane departures by means of an audible and visual alert on the dashboard.
Unwanted Sudden Acceleration Prevention System*.
A system that uses 8 sensors, 4 front and 4 rear, which helps preventing a collision with a foreign object at the beginning of a journey.
The above systems are auxiliary systems that operate under various conditions and restrictions and do not replace lawful careful driving rules.
2.2 liter turbo diesel engine uses advanced technology to offer superior performance while minimizing operating costs. The engine is equipped with a variable geometry turbocharger, high-pressure diesel injection in a common rail and an intermediate cooler of 40.8 kg and has a maximum power of 150hp, while reducing the emission of pollutants through the use of an advanced urea fluid/ AdBlue fluid system.
Advanced Gearboxes.
The Triton engine is mated to a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox with smooth and effortless operation. The automatic gearbox can be operated by levers* attached to the steering wheel for control, comfort and safety.
The Various propulsion modes:
2H – Rear – wheel drive for road travel and reduced fuel consumption.
4H – All- wheel drive with limited-slip central differential used for a smooth road for maximum stability and safety.
4HLC – All – wheel drive for off-road driving and a locked central differential.
4LLC – Power- geared all-wheel drive with a locked central differential for driving in technically challenging terrain that requires a lot of power.
Rear differential lock*
When driving in difficult terrain, the rear differential can be locked in all 4×4 modes in order to overcome particularly challenging terrain sections.
Hill descent control**
The system brakes automatically in order to maintain the current speed when going down the slope, allowing you to concentrate on steering and the terrain conditions with maximum safety and without the necessity to activate the brakes. The speed range is between 2 km/h – 20 km/h.
Terrain stability control**
4 modes for off-road driving: gravel, mud/snow, sand or stones.
The system improves grip by controlling the engine, gearbox and brakes according to the terrain conditions.
